EASTER LAMBS

Easter lambs are available each spring for your holiday meals. Easter lambs are typically still milk fed and are very tender. Lambs must be preordered and may be processedby our local butcher, or you may pick them up live and transport to another butcher of your choice. Processing fees are extra and paid directly to the butcher.

39 pounds or less live weight $130

40 - 44 pounds live weight $135

45 - 49 pounds live weight $140

50 - 54 pounds live weight $145

55 - 59 pounds live weight $150

60 - 64 pounds live weight $155

65 - 69 pounds live weight $160

70 - 73 pounds live weight $165

74+ pounds live weight $2.25 per pound

FEEDER LAMBS

Feeders lambs are larger lambs that are ready to be processed, or that may be grown on at your farm for processing later in the year. Feeder lambs have been weaned from their mothers and are eating hay and grain on their own. They will do well on pasture too, but we do suggest minimal grain supplementation for optimal growth.

74+ pounds live weight $2.25 per pound

FREEZER LAMBS

Freezer lambs are lambs that are large enough to be processed into cuts for your freezer (chops, roasts, burger, etc). Lambs of this size are typically available June-October. Butchering fees are additional at your expense if you buy a live freezer lamb. We do stock lamb in our freezer as cuts, half and whole lamb packages.

120+ pounds live weight $2.25 per pound

MUTTON (MATURE SHEEP)

Mutton is available on a limited basis each spring and summer, typically starting in April until we are sold out. Please order early if you need mutton for a particular date or holiday.

RAMS (MALE SHEEP)

We understand that male sheep are desired for certain holiday meals. We'd like to work with you to meet your needs. Please order early so that we have the appropriate aged animal for you when you need it. Pricesare the same as listed above.

All animals sold in any of these catagories are sold with the intent of future slaughter and without registration papers or pedigree.
